Or another scenario, maybe knowing what he knew, he may have given it to Omar to play it on his behalf if he felt unsafe and vulnerable tonight.

I enjoyed that episode. Good tv

I thought it was a fantastic episode as well!
I enjoyed Drea going home, and the only thing that could have made it better was if Mike had gotten more votes, but then Omar played Mike's idol for him, and then Drea went home with just a couple of votes.

How does this season rank thus far? High? Low? Average? Above average? Meh?

Tier 2.

I wish there weren't so many gimmicks and advantages, but the gameplay has been really high quality.

It’s interesting that two major twists introduced the past two seasons played out almost identically. The Do Or Die both had the player survive, and the steal an advantage was used against the person holding that advantage by someone giving their idol to someone else before TC. I can’t remember if those two things happened in the same TC last season like they did last night. I don’t think they did.

Last season the "steal an advantage" was played in the first merged tribal, if I remember right. Xander had given it to Tiffany, and in the end it was another chick (don't remember the name) voted out after Xander convinced Tiffany to not play it.

This has been a fantastic season. Top tier cast and of characters and really good strategy. It’s also been one of the better edited seasons I can think of. Right now I’d put it no lower than top 10-15 with potential to move higher.

Well the box with flame she picked was a different color than the other two so there’s that. Maybe she knew or got lucky, seems strange 2 times these people guessed right.

I went back and looked and all three had slightly different finishes, especially on the sides. Nothing struck me as "one of these things is not like the other".

My main problem with that addition to the show is that it has gotten me to go look up the Monty Hall problem two different times when I couldn't remember why it increases your odds to switch.

And both times, the person stuck with their first choice and were right.

Lindsay shouldn't have even competed. I have to assume that if only Johnathan competed then he would win immunity as opposed to the sudden death. Would be really interesting if no one competed.

Bump for Gameday

Who are y’all rooting for? I find myself pulling for Lindsey. I also won’t be mad if Mike takes it but I think I rather Lindsey.

I think I am as well. I like it when the winner is well rounded. Johnathan is probably the best at challenges in Survivor history, but his one attempt at playing the mental game resulted in him looking like a moron. Omar is doing an excellent job at running the game while laying low, but he really hasn't done anything of note in challenges. Mike is well rounded, but I can't get over how he let Omar play him like a fiddle.

im pulling for omar. i think he's been the best player and id like for him to pull it off.

lindsay is a decent player as well and well-rounded so wouldnt mind terribly if she won. mike would be the other player id be ok with winning.

im fine with jonathan, he's just not good enough at the game for me. elite at challenges, but i want to see more.

maryanne and romeo suck and it would be awful if they won.

If he pulls off a few good moves late he can make a case for himself, but so far his strategy just isn't on a top level.

Would love to see him in the final 3 but I have a feeling he may be gone after tonight.

Has played very well and very under the radar until Drea said what she said last tribal. Going to be interesting to say the least.

Great play to get Omar out... surprised they all had enough trust that no one played an idol or used their shot in the dark.
