But he is the definitive version. There isn't a version of the Joker doing an action that I couldn't imagine Hamill's not doing. I can see Hamill killing a mobster with both an electric buzzer and a pencil. I can see Hamill's just ruining some priceless paintings for the hell of it or rigging two boats to blow each other up. I could see him poisoning a cub scout troop. He is the true essence of the character.

Apparently Chris Pine is in negotiations to play Steve Trevor in the Wonder Woman standalone movie. I thought that Scott Eastwood's Suicide Squad character would turn out to be Trevor. Makes me more curious as to what character he is playing.

If he looked like the Joker of the comics/video games, people would get all nerdy, and say they didn't take any risks/too traditional/what's the point. If he looks like Ledger, people would get all nerdy, and say it's been done/invite unwanted comparisons to TDK Joker. This is a completely different take. Will it suck? Maybe. I'm not crazy about the look, but maybe he comes off cool, like a Tyler Durden type. I just knew Heath Ledger as the Joker was gonna suck, amirite? I'm gonna see the movie before I scream from the rooftops how much this whole thing blows.

If you haven't picked up on it yet, its pretty much been established that the Joker isa street thug who wears makeup in this rendition. Earings fit that costume fine.

So those bright dots where Batman's cape would connect... I'm guessing those are anchor points for the CGI cape?
