What blackmail does Logan have on Shiv?
Connor’s character has the possibility of being so unrealistic that it’s no longer funny (like Kevin in the Office), but for now it’s still working. His rant about the elites was a nice touch.
I saw a behind the scenes thing with the cast, and it’s amazing how much Kieran Culkin and the actor who plays Greg are just like their characters. I really don’t think they are when acting much. On the other hand, Tom is a very polite British guy and Shiv is also British and much more demure IRL.

At least this show takes time to wade through a multi-billion dollar acquisition.

Could just be me, but I’ve always considered Shiv the person that controls that relationship from top to bottom.
I don’t think Tom is a total beta or anything, but Shiv comes off as someone with an incredibly strong personality to me and Tom rarely challenges her or takes control. I figured that was why she cheats more than anything.

I hate using the beta/alpha comparisons in almost in every case, but it actually works for Shiv and Tom.

It wouldn’t shock me if Greg surpasses him too, both through his connection to Kendall and through general good luck falling into his lap (I.e. Big Head on Silicon Valley).

It's got to be something else I would think. Tom knows about at least one affair, I don't think Shiv would care enough to be blackmailed with that info

They did mention their initial plan when they got married was for Tom to end up taking over (until Logan appointed shiv). However, I think Tom just sits there and takes her shite because he doesn't want to do anything to jeopardize his future with Waystar... because without Shiv he's just another replaceable suit in the corporate machine

Right, Tom has no power, and it's not really his fault. His choices are walk away and give up his ambitions or keep hanging around and getting shite on hoping he catches a break.
