I’m happy so many people love Succession as much as I do. The writing is top notch and the performances are the best in any current series. Every character soars- no dead weight. Kendall is amazing. I’ve felt his pain and humiliation viscerally all season. Roman somehow remains immensely likable even though he’s a gutter sniper - his comic timing is perfection. Great, great series.

I've always loved shows that involve politics within a company or family. Was not expecting Succession to also turn into one of the funniest show on tv

Yes. I’m not sure I’ve ever felt so guilty for something I did not do as watching the accident and the aftermath.

L to the OG Full Version

They had teased this for a while, then dropped the full version of Kendall's rap for his dad yesterday. One of highlights of season 2

Love that there's a Succession thread here. My wife and I binged this show a month ago, and we're already talking about a rewatch.

One pleasant surprise is that Brian Cox (who plays Logan) is a real down-to-earth dude who actually grew up in Dundee, Scotland but was extremely poor. There's an interview with Marc Maron here that's worth a listen:

Anyone heard when season 3 will air? I looked it up and no definitive answers other than production has run into problems with covid, etc...
season 1 was June 2018
Season 2 was August 2019

Sarah snook did a podcast interview with The Watch.. ( didn’t know she was Australian ... her American accent in the show is really good ) and basically was like yeah they hasn’t even started production pre-Covid.

They're going to eventually start back up but it sounds like it won't be until fall.

However, fans might be waiting longer than expected for new episodes due the coronavirus crisis. In March 2020, HBO announced production had halted due to the pandemic.

Radio Times revealed in July 2020 that showrunner Armstrong hopes “to start filming in the not-too-distant future” – but that date has since been pushed back to autumn at the earliest, according to series star (and Emmy nominee) Matthew Macfadyen.
