Well they've been setting it up for a while now to have him sacrifice himself for Nancy at some point.
They just better kill off some of the main cast though...a show like this works well when there are actual things at stake and actual danger to characters. Without that it just becomes sort of silly and takes me out of it a lot. Even killing off people like Billy or Bob don't hit near as hard since they aren't any of the "important" characters.

Seriously though. As someone who was the age they are supposed to be in 1985 no gay person acted like what Will is doing. The guys I know that turned out to be gay later in life either acted like they weren't gay or they dated girls who turned out to be lesbians. It was like the guys and girls knew they were gay, so they dated to cover it up.

If the guy that plays Will don't win am award, we boycott.
Seriously, not sure why, but seeing him in pain and suffering gets me every time. He really sells his character.

Really? I think he sucks (the character and the actor). He just sort of stands around looking like he smells a fart nearby.

That episode sucked, but it was an important part of Eleven’s character development and a fork in the road for her use of her powers. That story was where she made the conscious decision to not user her powers for evil. I suppose they could have come up with something better to show that, but it’s a necessary part of her character development.

The Steve, Dustin, Robin trio were the highlight of seasons 3 and 4 character wise. Nancy has become a badass now just upgrading like damn video game character with each season, Lucas and Max have had a solid story so far, El just been doing her own thing mostly, but Jonathan and Will have kind of just existed. We did finally get some actual brotherly bonding between them, also kind of feels like Jonathan is aware of Will's feelings for Mike

If you follow actual D&D lore, Eddie will be back. But the Duffer brothers said that Eddie is "under the ground" trying to say that he is dead, but all that does is fuel more rumors since it doesn't state outright anything of substance.
They said he's busy with other projects.
Like I said though, if it's following D&D, Eddie will play an important role this season.

I don't know, I just see an innocence in his character for some reason. I feel bad for him that's he's constantly getting screwed with

Maybe but Joseph Quinn was probably filming for Fantastic Four during that time and since Marvel left Atlanta it's not like he could take a short Uber to other studio
