Most people may not have come out back in 1985, but considering Robin's personality, combined with her post-drug haze + the fact she thought there was a good chance she was gonna die anyway, she probably figured what the hell, why not?

Maybe I'm not trying to look under every single rock, but I'm just failing to see this so-called political agenda. I mean, politics DID exist back then too, and it IS woven into society from any era somewhat, so it'd be impossible to completely white-wash it all away...but whatever "agendas" there were, they certainly weren't being shoved in anyone's faces, and IMO people are just bitching for the sake of bitching.

Small Town secrets. Mayor and the KGB agents kept everything quiet.

They built the mall as front and with Russian superscience tunneled all the way to a good tear.

Power outages are just an aging power plant against our new economy people!

Loved this season. Fast paced and full throttle

I did find it odd that they never get backup or help. It’s always just Hopper. Wouldn’t you call cops from everywhere to help including your own department?

Anyone else think the young black girl almost ruined it? She was so over the top

While I enjoy the show, it’s definitely not as good as some say. It’s almost crazy how many people Stan this show. It is for the most part well done and it’s neat because it’s eighties but it nowhere near top tier TV IMO.

How about the entire mayor-Hopper scene?

Pic of Ronald Reagan on the wall before he goes into the office.

Just a coincidence the mayor has the same color and hairstyle as Trump, right?

And hes portrayed as an a-hole? NOT A COINCIDENCE.

And he has shady ties to Russia?

Mayor Kline's sign just happens to look a lot like Trump's sign?

I just finished it, fantastic, can’t wait for 4.

Scene with 11 bringing Billy back was really well done.

The more I think about it I have some questions maybe some of y’all can answer

So you can bring someone back just by talking memories with them?

How is it that all this shite has gone down in this small town and now they have Russians there and there is still only a Barny and Andy for cops?

Wouldn’t Hawkins be like Area 51 and be on 24/7 surveillance? No state troopers, national guard? Lol

Come on

If you are a fan and haven't seen the mini series, Red Oaks, on Amazon Prime, please do.

I'd appreciate it if we all just pretended 8MM never existed.

I thought that about the first season. Pretty good but maybe a little overrated. The 2nd and 3rd season have been excellent.

What the hell does that have to do with the next storyline and hoping they do it well? I didn’t need the characters to acknowledge they are getting older when they clearly are.

They were given truth serum right before that confession.

True, but by the time of her confession, didn't they just come down from their high and were vomiting shortly before? I'd assumed by the time of the confession, their laughter afterward was more "legit" than drug-enhanced...which is why, to me, it was humorous to see the confusion in their buddies' faces upon finding them, thinking the two of them were still whacked out of their minds..

But you may be right...sometimes the pitfall of binge-watching is you can sometimes miss the occasional detail, which I easily could've been guilty of.

It’s up in the air but I do Think Steve was still blurting out the truth.

They were testing it right before.

Agreed. Her schtick was funny in small doses, but they should have had an attitude change at some point where shes more under control based on the moment. She never changed her tone whether it was a moment of peaceful waiting or a moment of chaos.

finally finished season 3 last night and enjoyed it. There were some good parts and bad parts to it like the other two seasons but this was still pretty strong.

I enjoyed it. I'd like to see someone else go through some shite instead of poor Will. I loved all of the 80's nostalgia.

I get the feels when 11 even says Mike's name - it's too cute.

Dustin and Suzie singing the Never Ending Story theme was hilarious.
