No, nope, nada.
You don't get too steal my theory about Luke. I first mentioned it MONTHS ago that I thought this may be what Luke does to balance the force.
I even mentioned it earlier tonight in the Plagueis/Snoke thread.

Snoke implies Kylo had let some one live whom he was supposed to kill, because he had felt the pull of the light, but I can't seem to find it. I think I'm mistaken.
I just got out and don't recall this. I didn't get the feel Ren was standing over her, but over the Jedi he just killed in that hat. Doesn't mean she wasn't there though.

distinctly remember Kylo shouting something when the lightsaber flies to her instead of him. A phrase ending with word "You". But the mexican screener online doesn't have that.
I didn't hear this either. It very clearly seemed like she pulled it. Was just another inconsistent scene.

Ok, here is what I noticed about Luke that deserves it's own post.
Someone a few days ago mentioned it looked like there was a grave by Luke. But no one replied to it.
Well, not only is there one. Luke is standing in front of it. He isn't facing the ocean, but the grave. The angle is different than I thought.
Leads to a whole lot more questions.
My wild, baseless, crazy, insane, moronic, way too early, probably wrong, but I don't care because it's fun to speculate theory?
It's Han's grave. He brought Han's body to him through the force so he could give him a proper burial. He is so overcome with emotion he doesn't sense anyone sneak up on him, so initially he thinks Kylo followed his trailed his use of the force to him. He starts crying because his daughter shows up within minutes of him finishing his burial of his best friend, and her uncle.
It's completely asinine, but a fun thought for this thread.
But seriously, he really is standing in front of a grave.

Over on IMDB, there's a thread asking why Ren is talking to Vader's helmet and seeking guidance "I will finish what you started", when Vader turned Light at the end. Seems like a valid question.
There were only three people in the throne room when Vader turned toward the Light: Luke, Emperor Palpatine, and Vader himself. Two of them died that day. It's a good bet that Luke told Leia their father didn't die a monster. He may have told Ben Solo the same thing before he turned into Kylo Ren. Perhaps Snoke was able to seduce Ren and convince him otherwise?

Unique theory.
I saw the grave. But couldn't tell much about it. In the second viewing, it didn't look very big, with the terrain. Definitely not big enough for a full body. My thought was Luke had taken Anakin's ashes back there to bury them at the original temple. Vader's helmet made it off Endor, which makes me think Luke kept those ashes.

Then why does Kylo say "Show me AGAIN the power of the darkness and I will let nothing stand in our way." to Vader's helm?

Maybe Leia and Luke didn't go around telling people they were really related to vader...maybe there is a good chance they never told Ben who his grandfather really was...then snoke comes along and starts telling Ben that his parents and uncle are hiding things from him and that they betrayed his granfather....he starts investigating this and discovers it's truth...then flips.

If we're being accurate, Ren is trying to fulfill Vader's mission, which was to eliminate the Jedi. I'm sure Luke told them about Anakin Skywalker. That distinction is one that needs to be made.

I simply quoted the line to play devil's advocate....again.
I've been kind of curious about it myself.
What happened to give Kylo the idea that Vader showed him the power of the darkness?

Maybe the man is obsessed with his grandfather? Perhaps he knows the truth about Vader's sudden turn in the end but wants to remember him for the evil Sith lord he was for the many years before that moment in time? There could be a number of possibilities and I am sure we are going to get answers in the following two films.

I know, just showing a distinction that Snoke could have used to tempt Ben.
I was curious about that too. I'll be very upset if that isn't explained. There is actually a lot of that in this movie. Just like Ren, there is enough there he could become a good villain, but it has to be done. He isn't there yet.

Luke reaches for the light saber, Rey turns it on and strikes him down, thereby transforming herself to the darkside because Ren wanted to teach her the ways.
Rey and Ren then become the leaders of the dark side and set off on an epic battle to dispose of Snoke and take their rightful place as leaders of the Galaxy, fulfilling Vaders wishes to "rule the Galaxy as father and son" until Luke would not go to the dark side.
So now, the cousins will bring balance and rule, this is why Ren dropped her off. He wanted to get trained and needed her to survive. So, the rule of 2 will still be followed until episode 9.

Is Leia force sensitive? They never hint at it in anyway so I don't know how she would be able to take down the sith.

Yes she is. They make that very clear in RotJ

None of the originals will make it out of VIII. Chewy and the droids will, but no humans. Leia and Luke will be written off. Time to move on

Just got back from my second viewing, Rey was trained beforehand and Han/Leia/Ren all knew(of)her...also Luke might have been standing in front of a grave

Just got back from my 2nd as well.
If Rey isn't Luke's daughter, JJ will have pulled the biggest troll job in movie history.

Don't know if it's been discussed, but if Snoke = Plagueis
and he caused Anakin's conception, will he reincarnate himself inside of Rey?

Eh...I don't think they need to kill off any old characters...Luke should be pivotal to the story going forward albeit in a sporting role. They don't need to make it a slash fest and have emotional deaths in every episode. Hans death sets an emotional anchor for the trilogy. No need to keep repeating that.

Exactly, these old farts (outside of hamill's voice acting), ain't got nothing else going on.
They can stick around as supporting characters.
