I fully agree on this. His character really only exists now to kill Gregor, what else would he do? He has changed a little but not enough to function outside of killing.
As for Jon killing Dany, that would be one of the fastest character detours ever for her to get to the point where she needed to be killed. Only thing I could think of that would bring this is her about to go boil all of king's landing including all the innocents inside with dragon fire. I know there are time jumps on the show that you really don't see much but the screen time isn't there to support this. If true, it would be a rough one when you can simply kill her by sacrifice and let her go out a hero for her fans and let Martin do the bad man's work of making her a heel.
As for Messandei being beheaded, i would think that she goes where Dany goes. If Dany is put to the sword then so will Messandei. If Dany and Messandei goes down, the unsullied would unravel too.
The only real connection that would be a stretch of these proposed leaks would be Dany turning heel that fast and getting that ball rolling.

Welp the episode 4 leaks are true. Missandei is executed by the mountain over the KL Gates with Greyworm and Dany watching. Rhaegal gets smoked by 3 scorpions shot by Euron and dies in the abyss next to DragonStone.

There is a clip of the episode 4 spoiler on r/freefolk right now that’s been rumored the last week or so. Not sure which other rumors that likely confirms though.

Possibly, it’s not confirmed. There are rumors he is the New night king. With the shite writing this year I could see this being true.
