Alfred Molina is back and looking good.

Between Molina in this and John de Lancie in Picard, I swear someone out there is sacrificing folks to an elder god to retain their youth.

ETA: It’s unbelievably cool we’re getting Ock and Electro and Goblin but I was holding out hope that we would get current versions of those characters for Holland’s Spidey.

Who’s to say we don’t? Holland’s Spider-Man isn’t going anywhere imo. We’ll get the college trilogy in the MCU next. He’s still just a high school kid in universe, plenty of time to develop other versions with variants now being a thing. Maybe Osborne of the MCU is initially a charismatic leader and becomes Iron Patriot, rehabbing the Dafoe version we’re about to see. Literally anything is possible.

I am curious about Strange’s spell which feels very out of character. Maybe a red herring? Events of Loki go down right in that moment?

Also, crazy theory but not crazy

What if Molina isn’t saying Hello Peter to Holland? If he’s from a different universe, he wouldn’t recognize Holland. He would def recognize Tobey, though

Oh, I think there is a better chance that he is in it than not, I'm just saying we probably won't see him in the trailers.

Doc is a smart guy. He sees someone slinging web in a Spider-Man suit, he probably makes a safe assumption on who it is.

Yeah there’s no way. Remember the Endgame trailer? We got hardly anything in that thing and the trailers that followed. This movie isn’t as big as that one, but in a way it is pretty damn close. The Multiverse offers them so much flexibility with character, story and fan service.

I doubt we get much different footage between now and December. We’ll get another trailer beginning of November maybe Halloween, but they’re going to play this tight to the vest. Any guesses on the run time? For some reason I feel like we only saw footage from the first hour

Not going to lie, I’d the spell is as cookie cutter as they’re making it…I’m not impressed.

There’s always one…

Anyways, they could be pulling Doc and Goblin out of their timeline prior to their deaths.

Looking back, I wish we didn't know Hulk was going to be in Ragnarok.

That would've been an awesome surprise entrance.

At this point we don't really know how they arrive, only that they do. It could be that in this new timeline they never died and only Peter and Strange don't know it.

Or it could be that all of their buildups happened at the same time in this new timeline.

It could also be that the timeline keeps changing and they just pop out of thin air (which would be the sucky way to go).

Or it could be something altogether different.

I think they'll both be in the second trailer probably in November. The insane amount of hype NWH will get by putting them two in the final trailer will be IW/Endgame levels

It just seems like it’s a weird flow. To go from all of the SW and Loki stuff to a out of character spell that messed up? Dr Strange screws up a spell? The guy who basically had the balls and wherewithal to let Thanos snap everyone bc he knew what would happen? Cmon…

Like someone else said, it could be a version of Ock and GG that defeated Spidey or just simply didn’t die.

Not his fault, Peter's dumbass caused the spell to frick up.

Also looks like Sony is finally getting their Sinister Six

Green Goblin
Doc Ock
Electro
The Lizard
Sandman
Rhino
Vulture

Also means we're getting the three Spider-Maen vs Sinister Six. That's going to be an amazing fight

It’s based off 10 seconds of footage. I’m sure there’s more to it.

The guy that nailed this trailer has said they'll be in the next one so we shall see.

Notice the Sanctum was covered in snow/ice.

You have to imagine that Strange may be having some issues in light of recent events. Sure, he had his shite together when they appeared in Endgame, but with downtime and some time to think about the magnitude of events, he might be a little off.

Note he was wearing a sweatshirt under his cloak.
