The people who make the movies.
Shifting the blame for something existing onto the individuals who don’t like it rather than the ones who force it into everything.
You probably blame the fans for The Last Jedi too.
Now that that is out of the way, I’m going to see this movie because I like Spider-Man and all of his iterations. It looks interesting and I don’t believe it has anything to do with SJW politics.
