I'm not sure how many agents or employees are still around but the tech Peter dropped is probably still on the ground somewhere. Feels like it would be a good way to work towards the government going after mutants also allow Bruce's warning to Peter about the tech being universal to be possibly problematic

It's Ned's Spidey app saying that "Spider-Man is near" then the icon in the app goes from NYC to somewhere in space. Then you get "Spider-Man will return!"

I liked the movie alot. Frank is great.

The handshake seemed more like muscle memory but the part after definitely triggered something. Also Ned is technically magic and MJ was being controlled by Jean at the time

Lots of rumors suggesting we'll see Spiderman and Hulk in Battleworld for Secret Wars so maybe this confirms it

I’ve been a fan since tha 80’s and seen all the movies and if it’s not the best it’s up there with Spider-Man 2 and NWH. Just a great film and so many payoffs. Spidey levels up, Punisher was awesome, early Jean Grey and a fight with the real Hulk. So good.
I also liked where they’re starting with Jean. Sympathetic but dangerous. Maybe a bit over powered but sets up nicely for Xavier to help her establish control.

I agree, this is my favorite of the Holland movies. I don't know why, but the scene where Jean gets into Peter's memory of Aunt May got me in the feels. I thought having Aunt May give that talk to Jean was kind of a cool way to get to Jean. I also really liked Peter and Frank's interactions, and Frank breaking down while talking to Peter in the hospital capped it off.
I am curious how they are going to explain Jean being a mutant in this universe since there aren't supposed to be any mutants yet. The speculation has been that the events of Doomsday is was introduces mutants to this universe.

Ms Marvel introduced the concept of mutants in the final episode. Her friend says that her DNA mutated which caused her to have powers

Hard to tell if the name Peter actually triggered a memory or if it’s just from when MJ said the name Peter when he left their apartment and Ned goes “Spider-Man’s name is Peter?”

In hindsight that could’ve been it. Either way it was cool to throw that in.
ETA: but Peter didn’t introduce himself. Ned got it from the handshake which has to be memory.

I didn't see BP2 or Ms. Marvel so I didn't realize that they had already introduced the concept of mutants to this universe, but that definitely better explains Jean being in this universe.
But her being introduced already sure doesn't bode well for the old X-men crew that they've shown in the Doomsday trailers.

I thought the movie was great. The direction of Jean Grey will be fun. The hulk is always a superstar addition to the MCU. I know the Punishers story but have never watched Jon Bernthal's portrayal of frank Castle but it was good. Cinematic of spiderman transversing the city and some of the fight sequences (especially against the hand at the end) were some of the best.
Can't wait to see Doomsday and more of what the MCU has to offer.

Solid Spider-Man movie. Wasn’t as good as last one, but it was entertaining and worth a theater ticket. Entire family enjoyed it.

It was fun to see the rage Hulk again…and a fight with him and Punisher together was awesome.
The Punisher arc in the Daredevil series was VERY good and more true to the vigilante brutal character I remember. I haven’t watched the Punisher series but might have to now. Bernthal was made to play that character.
