Yep he was made Apu was not voiced by a Indian and Simpsons was stereotyping Indians.

And man I love some PC Principal. Great addition to the show, and the little babies being born with his sunglasses was awesome.
ETA: Also this had me rolling when Mr. Hankey was on trial:
"Did you say last night that all South Park Council members were idiot douchebags?"
"That was a poor attempt at a Christmas joke."
"But that joke had nothing to do with Christmas."
"I said it was a poor attempt."
And admittedly I laughed WAY too hard at the "defecation lawsuit."

One of the best episodes in years. PC Babies hit a homerun. People can't say anything in public remotely offensive without them crying. Sometime's they don't even know what they're crying about. Also tied in the "War on Christmas"
Everyone passing by saying "Oh look at the PC babies!" and the parents just denying it
"Monica Lewinsky is switching to Republican. The Democrats left a bad taste in her mouth."
PC Principle is struggling inside. He wants paternal rights. He wants to be able to be there for his children. But he thinks it's PC to do what Strong Woman wants. I think this develops further later in the season.
