I thought it was a pretty good episode but it feels kind of like a letdown.

It's been a funny couple episodes but we really could use a good classic Cartman-Butters episode and ignore the political shite

It was fine but not quite on par with the shock value of the first episode. Now we wait and see if Vance, Noem, and Trump take personal offense and continue to fuel the fire. Doubt Kirk sees it as anything other than good publicity.

Absolutely knew they were going to have Noem blasting random puppies, wonder if this will be the new version of Caitlyn Jenner running people over

Enjoyed the episode, but was a little disappointed with the trump thing and even some of the Cartman mainly because they were rehashes from the last episode. The Trump/satan thing was funny last week. But this week it just felt…sort of lazy I guess.

JDV as Tattoo was hilarious though.

I didn’t know about the Noem dog thing (I looked it up), but that was pretty funny for me. Also the Botox thing got a little old but I’m all about them going at people who look fake as frick. And the lips were a nice touch with how ridiculous those look these days on women.

They did absolutely nail the “debate” podcasts/YouTube clips though. I’ve seen so many times “______ absolutely DESTROYS woke liberal college student,” and then if you watch the clip and it’s nothing like that at all and nobody gets owned or destroyed or whatever. It’s all “content” driven and ridiculous. And the drinking the bottled water was definitely on point.

All in all it was a solid episode. I do hope we get just a run of the mill, normal episode about nothing/something random. Those are usually some of the best ones.

It’s going to be huge majority political. Also, I don’t understand how they haven’t given up on PC principal yet. Terrible character

It was 20 seconds in this episode.

It's definitely going to stay a thing because shite is so crazy even shite Cartman does has become normalized to an extent. Honestly saying Kirk stole Cartman's schtick is probably one of the bigger insults they could throw out.

Pretty solid episode again and perfect timing for the episode considering ICE just did away with the age limit on applying. Little nice touch on the award that Clyde run giving it a small face like Charlie's

Best part is honestly a tie between ICE in invading Heaven with Noem saying "if it's brown, take it down" or Trump kicking Vance

That was pretty good.

Overall, I guess when the show is this much based in the real world, my reaction is more "I get that" than laugh out loud. It's a little more predictable too, than the crazy random shite of old SP.

I preferred the early days where the kids had zany adventures and they did a political or current events episode occasionally. Now it's the exact opposite. Political satire is the default, that's not how the show was originally it sorta morphed into that

Yeah I edited my post to say that I had to look it up. She also shot a goat that she “hated” as well I believe.

Well, looks like the “It isn’t about politics, Trump is just such a public mockable figure” argument won’t hold up this week.

These dudes made their money already. They got the money, the fame and the restaurant.

Same script as so much other content produced these days. Craft a narrative first and then you try and build a story/joke around it. Agenda first then everything else comes second. If it’s actually a good story or funny, that’s just an added bonus.
