As I feared, shitty ending. It was a non-ballsy ending not calling out the SJW's on their bullshite. Sorry, but the end should have been much closer to this, when these SJW's completely eat people alive to establish a borderline fascist state: LINK

He can still be around, but they have to call him out on his bullshite. SJW stand for everything SP stands against, and SP should have ripped them a new a-hole, especially considering a large portion of them are in their viewing audience. Instead they're playing it safe and just poking fun at them slightly. The old SP would have shown them no mercy and shown how they're a net danger to society at large. That was the brilliance of South Park. SP's peak was seasons 5-11, and it hasn't shown the same grit since.

The bro-down angle was, IMO, to illustrate the mob mentality, but in the end, the mod wins and everyone has to either willingly or reluctantly fall in line.
This goes back to the "arse Burgers" episode, when they had Stan inexplicably say "sometimes, in order to move forward, you have to take a sharp left turn." That was right after the play debuted.

It's been seasons since they've really torn into a group at large. Poked fun of, yes, which this is, but just ripping a group or mentality to shreds, it's really been a few seasons since that's happened. I think the last time they really went after a group was the jewelry channels that try to exploit old people to buy shite they can't afford because they're senile. And before that, maybe 201 and Margaritaville. Season 11 and before, it was every other episode where they were ripping into a group they despised, and they really don't do that any more. I think Matt and Trey are serious when they said going out on a whimper.
