Could still be in the coroner's window
Yeah, but they would test for gunshot residue for sure. Also, the pistol at the cop's feet won't match the bullets they find. And I would bet there is someone else besides SAMCRO that could place him elsewhere. A surveillance camera at a gas station, bank etc would show him driving through town.

Yeah I mean it should be fairly easy but we have to remember this is a tv show not named CSI hahaha. Don't be surprised if they try to hang Jax for this

OK
(1) Who is the bag lady that's been in some of the most interesting plot twist? She's been at the dumpster in several episodes.
(2)Was she the supposed dead mother that was killed when the 18 wheeler accident killed Jax's dad? She was in the park when Tara got her hand messed up.
(3) Does she find Juice's clean up of the murder scene?
(4) Did Clay and Gemma think that she was killed with John Teller in the accident?
(5) Could she be the real mother of Jax, and the young girl who broke the sweet shop's window (Jax's half sister)?

She is the mother of the girl who threw the brick through the ice cream shop window and is working off the damages. She was also in the graveyard with Jax at the end of season 1. That's really all we know.

That episode was so terrible. Wow what a dud. Predictable, zero suspense. The whole Tara death was just so shitty and poorly done. Gemma gets drunk and kills Tara in a second. And the fact Jax was heading to prison for 7 years was even worse. I mean I was bored half the episode.
Terrible finish to the season.
Terrible finish to the season.

The point of the season finale was for Jax to fully see all the damage that he has done to his family. The DA explaining to Jax at the shop about how his actions would effect his family. Nero asking Jax if he believes in karma and if that's the reason for what's going on with his family. Tara breaking down at the park about how the children's lives are going to be destroyed. He knows that the taking responsibilty for his actions that have destroyed his family was the right move. Tara's death was the ultimate karma in reference to what Nero was talking about. Really, this episode was great.

Could've condensed that to an hour. Some long, boring conversations in that episode.

Yes, she's the ghost of the Brooke's mother. She was killed in the aftermath of Teller's wreck. She's been in several episodes and it's still unclear as to if she is some sort of angel or a harbinger of evil.
But she always shows up at a crucial point of action/decision for Jax. She has also interacted with Gemma once. Remember when Gemma gave her money and she said something about Abel? She was also in Ireland when Jax and crew were over there getting Abel back.
A lot of people aren't sure if she's a ghost or not, but if she's just some homeless chick she's got a passport and the means to buy a roundtrip ticket to Belfast.

How does everyone think they start next season? Pick up from the final scene or flash forward into the future?
I really enjoyed this season but I'm not sure I can handle another season of just pure wild west chaos. I really hope they go a different direction and can still keep it entertaining.
ETA if I had to guess, Jax takes responsibility for the murders even tho it could easily be proven he didn't kill them and Gemma ultimately comes clean and takes the death penalty.

no, I think nothing happens, it's over. Jax doesn't make a deal because he doesn't have Tara to sacrifice himself for. They search for the killer the rest of the season, that's about it.

yup - the new season will kick off with unser vs(with?) gemma, nero vs jax....
jax has no reason to deal any longer and will be free.... atleast long enough to have something else bite him just as he thinks hes out of the woods.
kids find some sort of stable home (wendy, now that gemma is gone), but pretty much everyone but chibs is dead or in jail dying.

It's either Chibs or Bobby, but yeah I'm thinking more Chibs just because Chibs has always been on Jax's side. Bobby has been kinda wishy washy throughout the series.
would be a bit out of left field, but unser would be a surprise wild card as someone that could fill the role (despite me, even in my last post, pointing to chibs).

Yea I think the new season will have a lot to do with Nero and the Mayans coming after the sons.

The irony will be Unser surviving while everyone else on the show dies.

Brown vs. Black vs. Yellow vs. White vs. Gemma
But yeah, Nero and Jax are definitely heading for a falling out.

Did Tig ever find out about Jax's deal?
Posted on 12/14/13 at 8:15 pm to wish i was tebow
I'm pretty of that as well. Tig seemed kinda shady when he went to Jax's house the next day after being cornered at the warehouse. I wonder if that'll be brought up next season/

I think once it all actually went down he told him though. I don't know now
Posted on 12/14/13 at 8:28 pm to wish i was tebow
It was actually a bigger cliff hanger than most people think.
