Went to Ted. The best part was the 4-5 parents who thought it was be cool to bring their 8 and 9 year olds in there. They must have not watch the trailer.

Saw the flick today, it was hysterical. I also saw far too many young children in the theatre. WTF are these parents thinking?

Yeah, no male nudity but 3 separate shots of Olivia Munn's rack. Trying to get the men to come to the theater with their significant others apparently

Do black people feel obligated to go see Tyler Perry movies?

Some of us feel obligated because it falls under that whole "supporting our own" thought process.

There are a few of his movies that I have enjoyed watching at home but I will not pay to see them in the theater. The characters have no depth and they are horribly cliched. The story line and message is always the same and a very good actor or actress prevents you from feeling as if you wasted your time.

There really is a crowd that loves Tyler Perry movies and the whole Madea buffoonery. Everyone probably already have an idea of what crowd I'm speaking of so I will not elaborate further.

I have no idea if Antoine Fuqua is considered African American or not, but his movies are awesome. I do not see the same reaction from African Americans when his movies are released in the theater. Brooklyn Finest was not good to me, but I loved Tears of the Sun with Bruce Willis. He also did Shooter with Mark Whalberg and Training Day with Denzel Washington.

The more I think about it, the more I want to see Ted again.

The whole scene with Flash Gordon was just awesome.

"Finally..........."

Could not catch my breath after that... Sides still hurt from laughing so hard. The comedic timing between the bear and Mark W. was perfect. Ted's under the breath one liners were one right after another.

VERY WELL DONE -
