That can't be a good sign. How many movies (especially from Disney) have a review embargo until after it's released? This is Emoji Movie/Last Airbender bullshite. It looked charming to me in the trailers, so someone has to be fricking up somewhere for there to be no reviews on the Thursday night release.

I was looking for reviews today and thought that was odd. Sucks because we wanted to see it with our son. Likely still will but I was hoping we’d enjoy it too.

ETA: I’m seeing a few out now. 4 good; 2 bad. Basically meh.

They may have been overprotective. From what little I have heard it sounds fairly... meh... sort of okayish.

Well there are far worse reviews to get.

I've heard they took some inspiration from John wick, so I'm really hoping it turns out good

Funny or Die made a great mashup trailer of Christopher Robin and Trainspotting 2.

I watched Goodbye Christopher Robin on HBO the other night and thought it was great. Anything with Margot Robbie is good in my book, but the story was really good

I listened to a thing on the radio and he was like "I knew Chris Robbins and he would have hated this movie. So I hate this movie. He was a very depressed man with lots of daddy issues" lol

It was excellent. You want a good, sweet, wholesome, and funny movie experience? This is it. There is something about Pooh that reminds you the little moments in life are the important ones. We loved it.

Yeah a few of my friends saw it and commented on social media that it was great and there was some tears shed.

We just checked out some of the original Pooh stories from the library and kids really loved it. Looking forward to taking the kiddos soon to see it.

Was good, but a little slow at the beginning for my 3 year old. He started to lose it until the whole gang got involved again. At that point he started paying attention. Cant complain as a family movie. Its nice the way winnie the pooh can be so wholesome, but still make the adults laugh a little.

Typical China.

I don’t find that to be too much of an insult. I wouldn’t mind being compared to Winnie the Pooh.

I thought is was pretty meh, my 3 and 5 yr old both fell asleep in the first 30 minutes. It got better but it was very predictable and too slow for kids. There were some Disney nerds in there that were eating it up, which is fine, they even applauded when it was over but for someone who doesn’t have strong nostalgia for Winnie the Pooh, I wouldn’t recommend.

Sadly, I agree with this. I loved it. My wife loved it. And my 10 year old (mature) daughter loved it. But the 7 year old boy was bored out of his mind.
