Didn't like the looks of the trailer, but it's Aronofsky so I'll watch it. Sounds like the gruesome/screwed up parts deal with child birth, hence the name of the film I guess.
I'm guessing she eats a baby.

I'm looking forward to the folks that get drawn into seeing the movie just because of the names associated and the genre, only to then get up and walk out because they just got cock slapped by an aronofsky film. Can't wait.
