The Sam Adams thing was the best skit.

I agree. I legit laughed out loud at the guy slowly getting more drunk sampling the beer and then the son throwing the cereal at him

Jack White kicked arse as musical guest. Threw in a little Van Halen tribute. The blue guitar he used was designed by Eddie.

One of the best musical sets for over 20 years.

He got both Daru Jones and DJD together in less than 48 hours and instead of just doing a couple of catalog pieces he created a new set.

First half he played the rework of Ball and Biscuit (with some Blind Willie Johnson lyrics) and mashup with Don't Hurt Yourself.

When he came out for the second part seeing the Wolfgang EVH guitar I thought it might be a straight EVH tribute but he he reworked Lazaretto with some EVH licks and sound with a tribute to the EVH solo as the outro.

The Sam Adams bit wasn’t as good as the Dunkin Donuts skit they did a couple years back, but was still good. And it has one of the same characters I love when they make fun of Bostonians

They’re smart and do it only when they have real Bostonians or at least prominent actors from Massachusetts. They nail it because they’re all just drawing on their own real world experiences and it’s almost always exactly how my best friends family growing up acted. They were all from Boston and would have family visit regularly. I could see kernels of truth in basically that entire skit based on my friends family.
