Damnit I just love Lamb

quote:

They don’t like being called rejects

Oh. What do you call them?

Rejects

quote:

Lamb: farts loudly talking to a beautiful woman

Woman: You are gross and inappropriate

Lamb: I’m working through my grief. It comes out in waves

Will James "Spider" Webb come back from an apparent death again?

That little albino has such a punchable face which would make last season a perfect death for him, but it is enjoyable to watch him get taken out.

I think Louisa is pretty hot

Dont know what it is about British black women that do it for me when 99% of American black women do nothing for me at all

Maybe it’s the accent or the mocha skin.

What do we think about the first three episodes?

Anybody keeping up with the current season? Final episode comes out next week.

One of the best shows going right now but with zero advertising I’m not sure people are watching.

Crazy the finale is next week

Stuff is happening but also the entire season has taken place in like 36 hours of real time

Jackson’s been on the back burner for most of this season so I’m sure he will get his scenes for the finale

I’ve really enjoyed this season. Most recent episode was very good.

I’m assuming a new character gets introduced in the season finale. I think we heard her voice in this last episode.

I’ve enjoyed this season also. Has been a little light on Lamb tho. The scene this week in the apartment did not end the way I was expecting it to. Am curious about the envelopes with the cold body names on them. Looking forward to the finale, so far this show has done a good job wrapping each season up.

Just started book one of the series last night. Going to plow through them and then catch the show.

ETA: Lamb is freaking awesome.

I watched the first couple of episodes this season and it was good so far. I'll wait for the finale and finish it probably.

Idk why, but this season isn’t grabbing me like others. I think maybe because the squad has been all split up for the most part so haven’t seen many of them interacting with each other (outside of the lower level Slow Horses band of dumbasses).

The timing has also felt really fast. I know the seasons are quick and tight in a good way, but this time it has felt like we only just recently realized the stakes and now it’s about to be over. Idk, not the best season but still an awesome show that I love each week!

Bump for finale

Edit: oh my there’s a plot twist.

Decent finale.

Lamb had about 10 minutes of screen time the entire season and it was semi predictable he would save the day

I agree with everything you said. This season felt really rushed for some reason. I still liked it but didn’t think it was as good as S1-S3.

It’s crazy to me how fast they are producing this show when everything else on TV is taking forever. I binged it through the S4 finale (basically caught up with the show last week) and noticed that each finale has a “next season on Slow Horses” teaser at the end. I assumed those had been added after the original air dates, until I saw that the S4 finale included a teaser for S5.

Like.. damn, have they already shot season 5? I know the seasons are short but that’s nuts compared to everything else nowadays.

I really enjoyed this season. I agree that it didn’t have enough of Lamb, but I liked Hugo Weaving’s character and the twist.

I love the tight storylines and the pace. It’s unbelievable how fast that the seasons are filmed. Not sure why other series can’t produce seasons this quickly.

I am hoping we get more Lamb and his past next season. This show is still a great one even with this season being a down tick
