Yeah, his take on post-The Office career Carell vs. Helms is pretty laughable.

Megan Fox on Hope and Faith; leads were Faith Ford & Kelly Ripa. Fox probably has had a better career than Ford but not Ripa.

Longer peak in terms of what? If only in your opinion, that's fine. I love both.
While Frasier won best comedy series at the Emmys 5 consecutive times at the beginning of its run, Cheers won it 5 times spread out over the first 10 of its 11 seasons. They both ran 11 seasons, but Cheers ended its run still in the overall ratings top 10.
I also don't think Grammer's had a better career than Danson. Grammer has Cheers and Frasier which is great but not much else on his filmography. Meanwhile, Danson's had significant roles in Curb Your Enthusiasm, Damages, Bored To Death, CSI, Fargo, and The Good Place. Danson's overall filmography is better. I also think a lot more people would know who Ted Danson is compared to Grammer today. He's the bigger star and celebrity.

Probably kills Judd Hirsch.Heard he was a big time prima donna on the set and continually spewed his Broadway credentials.

Danson has had a remarkable 2nd or even 3rd career. He’s looked like a washed up joke more than once, then come back in a completely different role. He was probably smart to go more serious as he got older, and get into a formulaic crime series where the older audience probably appreciates his familiar face.

How I Met Your Mother.
Everyone did more significant work outside the show than the guy who played Ted. I don't even know the actor's name.
I'd say Josh Radnor has had a better career after the end of HIMYM than Alysin Hannigan. She's had a much bigger career than Radnor, but since the show ended. Unless you count being the host of Penn & Teller: Fool Us a big success.

The obvious ones have been listed. Here's a few more
Does Bruce Willis count from Moonlighting? Cybill Sheppard was arguably the lead.
Also:
Alyssa Milano from Who's the Boss
Michael J Fox from Family Ties (this could be debated as who was the lead)
John Travolta from Welcome back Kotter
Leah Remini from Saved By the Bell
Christine Taylor from Hey Dude
Ariana Grande from Victorious
Jessica Biel from 7th Heaven
Christina Applegate from Married With Children
Lavern and Shirley, Mork (Robin Williams),Scott Baio and apparently Tom Hanks also were all on Happy Days

Lawrence Fishburne from Pee-wee's Playhouse

I'd say Thomas Jaden Church from Wings. He was just comic relief in that show.

You're saying all those people have had better careers than Ron Howard?

Here's a few more:
Joseph Gordon Leavitt: 3rd Rock from the Sun
Laurence Fishburne: Pee-wee's Playhouse
Pamela Anderson: Home Improvement
Robert Downey Jr's second coming: Ally Mc Beal
Will Wheaton: Star Trek TNG
Tom Hardy: Star Trek Nemesis (although he was in Black Hawk Down before this)
Brad Pitt: Dallas
John Stamos: General Hospital
Julianne Moore: As The World Turns
Morgan Freeman: The Electric Company

Chris Pratt is a bigger star than anyone from Parks and rec and he started as a tertiary character they didn't plan to keep on the show for long.

Yes, that's the point. Ron Howard, the main character of Happy Days, has had a better career than all on that poster's list other than Tom Hanks and Robin Williams, 2 of the biggest stars ever.

I see what you're saying.
So, Robin Williams and Tom Hanks would be at least equal. Tom Hanks was only on one (or two) episodes
