I think it had more to do with him running out of material than being a racist. The final season made that pretty obvious.

i don't think it was specifically one branch versus the other either just a mixture on all teams. The team that won had a bunch of SWAT guys (one of them was the star of Dallas SWAT later) and a badass Army Ranger.
