Yeah, 99 times of 100 the boyfriend catches up with her when the friend is making his move. BF punches him then Michael shows up and offs them both.

I bet he was offed in a deleted scene. It was bizarre that he just disappeared.

I was thinking the exact same thing. Especially when she was opening the closets with the gun barrel.

I also really liked the Easter egg when the granddaughter looked out of the classroom window and saw Laurie just as she saw Michael.

I absolutely loved it. Without a doubt the second best film in the franchise behind the original.

I did have one issue. Michael didn't use the shadows or hide as much as I was expecting him to like in the original. That took away a little bit of the tension and fear. Still far better than I imagined it ever having any right to be.

Finally saw it. I liked it.

The neighborhood slasher part of the movie was way better than the Laurie house of horrors part.
