I've watched The Winning Season and Moon recently and both were great movies. Was just curious as to the boards opinions on some of his best work.

Confessions of a Dangerous Mind and The Way Way Back are my favorites.

He also killed it in his breakthrough in The Green Mile. Scary good performance.

And of course:

He's terribly underrated in Galaxy Quest.

Don't open that! This is an alien planet! IS THERE AIR?! YOU DON'T KNOW!

Guy Fleegman: Hey guys, there's a red-thingy moving toward the green-thingy.
Jason Nesmith: What?
Guy Fleegman: Red-thingy moving toward the green-thingy. I think we're the green-thingy.

Not that I disagree with any other posts, but I'm shocked Moon hasn't been mentioned. It's between that and Confessions.

He's in some movie with Steve Carrell and Maya Rudolph where he runs a water park. It's great as well.

That's the one about him running a Waterpark that I was talking about but couldn't remember the name.

Beat me to it. It's Sam being Sam and a very under the radar movie.
