Ending scene in Ghost. A little odd but sad as hell.

The scene in A Time To Kill where Samuel L. Jackson ran out of the closet at the courthouse. It may not be sad but is sure is moving.

Agreed. Also when Woodrow crys saying his piece after burying Gus.

I also agree with the Iron Giant saying "Superman" on his way to save the town, and when the dad dies in his son's arm's in "Big Fish."

What about when the guy dies in Pearl Harbor! Or in Armageddon, when Bruce tells his daughter he'll have to break his promise and won't be able to walk her down the isle.

Not a movie but the ending of the Futurama episode "Jurassic Bark" is the most sad cartoon ending I've ever seen, more sad than Bambi even. Anyone's who's ever seen it knows what I'm talking about.

I know the episode...I was actually shocked when it ended the way it did. And yes, it was sad.

The end of Star Trek 2 when Kirk sees that Spock is gone from his chair and runs down to the engine room and Spock dies. Then they "bury him at sea" so to speak and Scotty plays Amazing Grace on the bagpipes.

It broke my heart when Optimus Prime died in Transformers: The Movie.

Scene in To Kill a Mockingbird when the men and women waited for Atticus to leave the courtroom and they all stood up.

I was thinking that myself. But if you haven't seen Star Trek 2, then . (Not you personally, just in general.)
