There's so much in this category that I love and many have been mentioned. There's no secret involved.
"Ridiculously stupid" should either be replaced or combined with "over your head/sarcasm/parody".
I love the Ice Pirates post earlier, so I'll go there, just because a while back I thought I was the only person that had seen that movie.
