It’s sort of like the status of Kathleen Kennedy: we always hear that she’s on her way out, yet she remains as President of Lucasfilm. Same with Johnson’s trilogy, we hear it isn’t going to happen and yet it’s still on.

Honestly, after The Last Jedi I was done with Star Wars, so good luck to him and whoever they decide to hand things over to at this point. Despite the fact that I've been a Star Wars fan since I was 7 years old and saw Star Wars in the theater in 1977, I'm officially done with their products.
