What a dumb and fun movie... I need a sequel. The Easter Eggs are great if you are giant dork who gets them.

Volo approves...

Very underrated gem. It shouldn’t work, but it does.

I know I watched it. I also know I can't name a character or plot line. It was just that forgettable.

I enjoyed it. It never gets any play on cable though.

It's difficult to make a DnD movie, that was a pretty fun movie.

Only the nerds are going to get the Volo reference.

I think it’s easily a top 3 most enjoyable movie to come out in the last 5 years. My kids love it too.

It somehow failed to make money. When i first heard the title Dungeons and Dragons I thought here we go again with Hollywood trying to sqeeze everything they could out of an existing IP, but i found it to be very creative, fun, and enjoyable. It is a movie that should have made bank.

It was released during the post covid lull where a lot of people still weren't going to theaters for some reason or another.

Chris Pine has stated a sequel is still on the table. The movie is legit good and captures the DnD aspects really well while also just being a really solid movie.

If they make a sequel, count me in like Johnathan

Bradley Cooper was a great cameo as well

Did you go into it expecting it to suck and them play on ur phone the entire movie? Or did you really watch it and just didn't enjoy it?

Just make a baldurs gate trilogy and follow the bhallspawn from serevok through BG out through the underdark to fight irenicus, then they can have another series for the mindflayer saga.

The old one is free with ads on fandango and i had to force myself to finish it. It was bad bad.

Fun is the best way to describe the movie. It doesn't take itself too seriously and nails the feel of playing those games with friends. Is it a masterpiece? No. If I see it somewhere, Iwill watch it and enjoy it? Absolutely.

Hugh Grant being a villain is always fantastic it seems.

Back in the day if a movie had great rentals it could cause a sequel to get green lit. Not sure how that works in the streaming era.

Rentals are how we got a Robocop sequel, as it didn't do much in the theaters but was big went it became available on tape.

What a great, fun movie. Neither my wife nor my kid were interested in the subject matter, but both loved the movie.

I loved the throwback reference to the 80s cartoon during the High Sun games
