Most insane TV comedy series ever (1990-1992) -- only Chris Elliot could have pulled off one season -- nevermind a second season.

Below is my favorite of many: 'SPEWEY' (ET lands near Chris, must be nursed back to health. VERY touching episode. )

Get A Life, Season 2, Episode 11 -- 'SPEWEY'

I went through the whole series last year. Season 1 was great. There were a lot of cast changes for season 2 and it fell of quite a bit. I enjoy this type of humor, its a shame we don't see more weird, surreal comedies like this. Chris Elliot's movie Cabin Boy is great too.

I thought “Earl Hoffart” was pretty good in that one too. Use “don’t let ‘em give you any of that flank steak bullshite, try the London broil” all the time.

I loved that show. It was just whacky and went against all of the norms for sitcoms at the time.

Some of the really crazy episodes were written by a young Charlie Kauffman and he credits the show with giving him his start and the freedom to go on to make weird movies like Being John Malkovich and Eternal Sunshine.

I forgot all about this show, but yeah I loved it when it was on. I'm firing up the torrents tonight to get this on the hard drive

I've been a fan since his early days on Letterman. Get a Life was my favorite show when it aired.

Also - He was the initial reason I watched Schitt's Creek when it premiered. I had to pirate it from Canada season 1.

Fun Fact - Did you you know his daughter is on The Bear?
