This is where it gets stupid. He knows Reachers name, he’s also got deep ties in the intel community, global espionage rings, arms dealers and top level politicians from everywhere. Regardless of what’s her name tried to cover his tracks Quinn would easily find out who he is especially since all hell has broken loose since Reacher came on the scene.

Quinn not finding out who Reacher is definitely is a plothole. Unless we're supposed to believe that he views Zachary Beck as so unimportant that he doesn't really follow closely, which wouldn't make any sense given what Richard shared and the fact that he put Paulie and Duke there specifically to keep tabs on him.

We're basically left with 1) Quinn has zero memory of the preceding days/day to being caught, and 2) even if he investigated Reacher's past, he still believes Reacher's stuck given he's assumed to have killed a cop while rescuing Richard.

Unless there's another way the show is explaining this that I missed?

Yep, maybe we’ll be surprised with a cool twist but right now the plot is very thin and contrived. During Ep 4 I was thinking maybe Quinn and McCabe are twins instead of the same person and that’s why the situation makes no sense.

I was thinking the same. I doubt they have twins in the show, but it would somewhat explain why he's not already onto Reacher.

Just finished E4
How was Quinn allowed in the military and pass all of his exams + psych evaluations if his youth was that bad? I mean his youth psych said he has issues, those wouldn't disappear for 4+ years while in the military.

As usual I think this would be better from another studio. The built in cheese + the inherent Amazon Prime cheapness/cheese (Jack Ryan, Jack Carr books) just takes it a little too far away from the balance in the books.

Plot holes and dialogue are horrendous but I knew that going in.

Yeah, this last episode took the Superman thing a little too far.

Kind of figured the young agent was gonna frick up at some point.

Didn't see the maid thing coming.

The Reacher/Paulie showdown better be worth the wait.

I guess Reacher is allowed to murder people with no consequences? Just b/c they are bad people doesn’t mean you can just kill them.

Looking forward to the Reacher Paulie fight.

At least his escape gunfight was a good scene. The Therese storyline along with the fight with Paulie should be worth it.

We need the fake New Englader cop to show her titties already. Disappointing side view tease.

No spoilers, but I wish it could play-out exactly as it did in the book, but that is not possible now.

Finished S2 and starting this. Pretty good.
Crazy how old/different Anthony Michael Hall looks but time kicks all arse.
Storyline seems a bit…unfocused, but it could just be me.

yeah, nailing the guy to the boat deck and just leaving him to burn seemed pretty cruel.

And yeah, the side boob tease was disappointing.

This last episode sucked. My wife and I knew the party was where exchange would be and the drop place was a setup. Nothing happened this episode. What a waste one episode before the finale.

That's just kind of what he does. If he thinks a bad guy needs killing, he sees it as his job.

I’ve watched all three seasons but damn it’s some terrible acting. Seems this season could’ve been 6 episodes

Ritchson seems like a really good dude but this role isn't doing him any favors. I didn't read the books but seems like Reacher is supposed to be this loner silent detective type, but man put a little emotion into the acting.
