Well the worst allegation against him is that he impregnated Amanda Bynes and then forced her to get an abortion which drove her fricking insane.

I thought it was Jamie Lynn Spears he had allegedly knocked up and forced the abortion.

Well that allegation Schneider attempted the same thing, but Jamie Lynn refused to go along with it. Some people claim they have indisputable proof that Schneider raped children, and the suspicion is Jamie Lynn’s child being Schneider’s biological child. Now that would involve ruining that kid’s life, so if it’s true I sympathize with Jamie Lynn there, but those are the allegations I’ve been made aware of in that incident.

And right on schedule: TMZ: Dan Schneider sues “Quiet on the Set” for defaming him as a child molester.
I mean, they didn’t really, but they knew he was going to fricking sue them for that, which is why they couldn’t get into anything that Schneider is actually alleged to have done besides being a foot fetishist creep who put teenage girls in obvious sexual situations. He can’t sue Jeanette McCurdy without looking like a fricking a-hole, but he can sue HBO.

I was reading his suit earlier and he is saying the trailer is what is defaming him as a child molester. In the trailer they, allegedly, only used his image and name and juxtaposed that with the allegations of crimes others committed. If so, he may have a case. Defamation is very hard to prove though.
