The narrative has been written for Dany to be the mad queen and now it’s true

Who’s gonna stop her? How will John or Bran or anyone stop her with a dragon and an army?

It has to happen just not sure how. What do y’all think?

They made a point in the episode to leave lingering camera shots on Jon obviously pondering and in deep thought about the slaughter. At the point his sheathes his sword it seems pretty inevitable that he's the one that will stop her.

As I said a few times on this board, if you don’t think it’s Jon, I don’t know what to tell you

If you don’t think Jon will kill her, you haven’t been paying attention.

Why do people keep calling her the 'Mad Queen'? She was getting revenge for everything Cersei did the last 2 seasons. That is how you win wars. Tyrion kept giving her awful advice over and over. She got tired of it and solved it the way that Lady Olenna told her to last season. That doesn't mean she is 'mad'.

What do do you mean how? Did you not see how the Night King was so easily dispatched?

Jokes aside it will be a Caesar moment.

Et tu, Jon?

The part I’m most excited to see is when folks are face to face with her for the first time after she did her slaughtering last night. I expect many of these

Exactly. For seven seasons and all episodes until last night she has done the right thing 98% of the time. Now last night she has a chance to end Cersei and grayjoy (theon's uncle)for good and get it done herself. These two killed her baby (her dragon) and one of her most loyal friends (head cut off). Now all of a sudden she is the mad queen? Sure innocents died but it's war and game over thanks to Daenery.

War was over and everyone surrendered yet she burned King’s Landing to the ground like daddy wanted to do.

Jamie bought himself about 15-20 years by killing the Mad King only to still die when King’s Landing burned.

Yeah she is.

She could have flown straight to the castle and burned Cersei alive then and there.

Instead she took her sweet time burning up the entire city and killing thousands and thousands of innocents as well as her own army.

Though it seems unlikely, if Jon happens to run into Arya on her way out and see what happened to her because of Dany, then it is almost a sure thing that he will kill her.

So after 7 seasons of saving millions from slavery, saving millions from the night king, and doing the right thing and for a very good reason killing the woman(Cersi) she hates for more than one reason she is the mad queen. I get it she flipped her shite at kings landing but this was her one chance to end it all and she did it. She is no mad queen IMHO.

They were surrendered. She could have told the army to storm in and find Cersei so she could be put to death. She could have gone straight for the castle as was noted above. But, she burned it all down. Everyone. And, she has no proof if she really even got Cersei. How does she know if Cersei may have escaped? That was madness.

Jon is actually the weaker of the two he gives in too much she probably needs to lead and send jon back to the north. I agree wars always cost the innocent its war not a pick up game of basketball. Cersei knew what was gonna happen and everyone tried to warn her to submit but instead she did what she always does piss the enemy off even more by brutality, she killed the innocent people in the city and she used them as a defense mechanism hoping dany would back off because of them knowing well they would suffer. She was the mad one

Jon will have to face off with Greyworm, I think that was foreshadowed with the look they gave each other. Someone will have to kill the dragon. I wouldn't think it would be easy to take Dany out. Who knows what will happen.

Prior to last night would you have called Daenery a mad queen? She finished the war last night by herself. Hero or mad queen? Hero #teamDaenery

Cersei never surrendered. What happened last night was her fault not Dany's. Why would Dany listen to some bells that anyone could ring? I mean it is like people never watched the show and how many people the Lannister's screwed over with lies and betrayals yet Dany is supposed to take some bells at face value?
