That's funny. I was under the impression only two films were compared in the OP. If I go back and read my post it's pretty clear I'm referring back to the comparison in the OP. Sorry that is difficult for you.

If you do a typical 2x like most do then it needs to make 500 million, if you want to stretch it pretty far and say it needs to do 2.5x then it needs 625 million. On no planet does this need to do 4x its budget to make money. Good lord man.

So obviously you care vastly about having movies based on history or mythology be accurate as possible especially when it comes to the cast

This is the opening weekend. Yes, someone like Nolan has a baked in audience that will show up when he releases a movie. If you can't understand that after reading "but it's Nolan" ad infinitum I can't help you.
