Great line indeed.

And, the reveal of the ship at the end (and seeing Shelby) was masterful. It definitely put a smile on this wrinkled face (I was 18 when TNG started and in my mid-twenties when it went off the air - prime viewing age).

Another fun line—
—Picard: You know what I missed the most? This carpet

Since this season has been full of call backs, I'm looking forward to Janeway showing up in ep 10 to help save the day. (edit)

Um . . . you maybe need to watch the first season of Picard.

Great episode. This whole season has just been fantastic. I am assuming Jack is going to take ove the Borg and save the day.

I hate that Shaw died, and I wish that this would last another season.

Fun fact,Alandra LaForge is Levar Burtons daughter.

With all of the legacy characters they've brought back I have a prediction that Wesley Crusher will return in the series finale and somehow play a pivotal part in saving his half brother.

Wesley had a vey brief cameo in last season as having become a Traveler and these people are quite powerful. Since this is supposed to be the final curtain call for the TNG crew I would think Wesley needs to be part of this since he was there at the beginning.

I gave up on S1---obviously before Hugh showed up. Couldn't take any more. :-)

As a Traveler?

idk, it seems like they are staying as far away from S1 and S2 as possible.

Maybe...But I can't imagine him being left out of the finale in some way.

Just watched an Easter egg video that pointed out that the changeling on the Titan was imitating a transporter officer when he was first discovered. I had completely forgotten about that but it makes sense now.

Just watched the latest episode and they really are doing a great job. My only regret is there is only one episode left, with everything going on they could easily go another two or three episodes to unpack everything.

Them boarding the old Enterprise and turning on the lights was some pretty powerful stuff man, I'm going to hate seeing it end but just like the title of the last episode of the first run, "All Good Things".

Which is why I think back to watching it with my cousins at our grandparents house back in the day. I know they were going for the nostalgia effect, but they managed to do that while at the same time giving us a hell of a final season.

This should be season 1, and they should be basing seasons 2 and 3 off what happens this season. I think even hardcore canon fans would happily accept it.

Holy shite was that a good episode.

I agree. But they just couldn’t help but step on their own dicks the first two seasons. If it weren’t for people here saying how it good it was, I wouldn’t have bothered watching season 3.

This makes sense, especially with Seven of Nine staying behind.

Nice voice cameo from Walter Koenig.

Now that is the way to do a season finale! The post credit scene with an old friend was mike-drop worthy.

It was nice to see the Enterprise-D maneuver like a fighter jet (piloted by Data of course).

They certainly laid down the tracks for a new Star Trek series with the Enterprise-G.

It was a solid end.

Janeway really fricked up the Borg at the end of Voyager. They did a good job showing that in this episode. They were zombie-scary.
