Korean physical contest reality show has first two episodes out. Dropping two more episodes per week.

100 contestants are pitted against each other and are eliminated in physical contests until the last man or woman standing will win 300 million won (approximately $243K).

Watched the first two episodes. They introduce a "who's who" list of 100 Korean athletes, body builders, Olympians, etc., and then get started with the competitions. I liked it but curious what others think about it.

A little slow to start. But I enjoyed it.

For a non-Korean the amount of time they spent introducing the contestants was rarely tedious. I didn't know any of them and considering there were 100 it was too much. I did enjoy the show but given there are only 9 episodes it seems like it has to pick up to an unreal pace in the elimination department.

All in all, I really like it and would like to see a US version if only because I would expect to at least be aware of a lot of the contestants. I did like the fact most of the winners in the win-or-go-home part were not who I expected.

*Spoiler Alert*

2nd episode where the guy managed to steal the ball from the arm wrestling champion was awesome. Where they ended it with Agent H it looks to me that the other guy has a better path to the ball.

I like this show. First tall Korean chick they showed was pretty damn hot.

I like the show.

I like it, but

Really bad.

They are constantly saying shite like, “Come on legendary Olympic gymnast Yang Hak-seon!!” and “You can do it fit farmer Kim Kyung-jin!”

You can watch in Korean with English subtitles but be aware the subtitles are just as odd.

I’m watching with my high school aged kids. The voiceovers are some of our favorite parts.

HELLO.

Not the same show, but I enjoyed 100 Humans on Netflix where they did a bunch of pop psychology experiments on a group of 100 volunteers.

I do too. That was the biggest cliffhanger they could have done thus far in the show. That being said I didn't like how they switched to team based in the second round, I would have preferred it to remain one on one.

One thing I noticed is cross-fitters did well in the first round.

It’s one of the most oddly addictive shows I’ve watched. Hahhahaha
I dig it.

The challenges are creative and fun to watch. The athletes are legit.

I find the female wrestler strangely attractive.

They could have named this show the Physical/Mental 100. The contests are really good. It's fascinating how a lesser athletic team can compete smarter against a stronger team in a strength based competition.
There's a decent chance the most athletic team will go home next week based on these last two episodes.

That bald dude on the wrestler’s team totally fvcked them. He just stood there once the bridge was finished and never ran back and forth with sandbags? GTFO!

Lack of heart. Oddly he seemed like a bit of a titty baby. There are tons of people in the world without his strength and conditioning that would have "killed themselves" for 12 minutes trying to win just to win a beer bet.

The recent ship challenge was brutal, but the most impressive thing so far was their leisure time challenge of jumping onto the stack of mats!

Yea that was awesome. I was definitely rooting for him. The Agent H matchup was really good too. You could really tell that everybody respected that dude but he lost it in overtime. I agree that first girl was fine, there's one or two more that are pretty hot.

As soon as they started the hanging competition and I saw some people just hanging in a pull up position I knew they were gone. Just kind of dumb on their part to start out like that.

I'm not going to lie, if I'm getting to pick who I play, just based of strategy, I'm picking a chick in the first round. No need to pick someone equal to you. Just pick the cheerleader chick and guarantee you a trip to the next round.

Pretty fun show, I wish they would CC the persons name and "profession" when they are doing the interviews because it's hard to remember which one is which.

I was literally going to start a thread on this today. I love this show.

I'm not going to lie. The ship challenge looked really fun. I would love to try that challenge out with a bunch of gym buddies.

*Possible spoiler below if you haven't seen Episode 9 which just dropped yesterday. *
Those guys who held a 100 pound boulder over their head for 2 hours, that may have been one of the most impressive things I have ever seen a human do in my entire life.
