Is Ioan Graffud too old? Frankly dude was phenomenal in the role, just in shitty movies. He has that perfect level of cockiness yet sincerity in his delivery for Richards. Can he just reprise the role?

Yeah. He's like 50 now and was 30 when they shot the Fantastic Four movie. Pascal is closing in on 50 now.
If their plan is to do a couple movies with them, I guess this is fine. But you can't build a franchise around a 50 year old guy to start with.
Krasinski is mid 40s and I would argue not to build one around him but at least he has a young face, Pascal shows his miles.
I was actually a fan of the rumor about Penn Badgley. He looks the part and is close to the right age (mid 30s). I didn't actually hate the Dev Patel rumor floating for a week either. I know he didn't look the part being Indian but he is a damn good actor and could play the role well.
