In no particular order:

JAWS
Quint, Brody, and Hooper encounter the shark for the first time.

THE SHAWSHANK REDEMPTION
SPOILER--Andy's big scene. (if you've seen the movie you know what it is. ...THE scene. ...and no, it’s not the rape).

HALLOWEEN (1978)
the ending

HOT FUZZ
"It's...." "...Angel."

ROCKY
The Caveman against the Cavalier

IT'S A WONDERFUL LIFE
My mouth's bleeding, Bert!

...just to name a few. What do you got?

Heat - Bank Robbery Scene

I know it's an old movie, but once the gunfight gets to the streets it's just amazing.

Couldn't ever pick a definitive scene but consider:

Clint Eastwood versus saloon of armed men in Unforgiven

Ahnold versus police force and terminator in T2

Paul Newman up on charges in Nobody's Fool

The ending of Ex Machina

Dan and Eddie settle their bet in Trading Places

"Who's got you??!?" scene in Superman with Reeves

Gene Wilder sticks up Joan Severance with his erection in See No Evil Hear No Evil

1) The helicopter assault scene with Colonel Kilgore in Apocalypse Now

2) Leo defending himself with the Tommy Gun during the home invasion scene in Miller’s Crossing

3) The final shootout in The Wild Bunch, which is truly the GOAT action scene in cinematic history

mmm probably my favorite scene in cinema, ever. John Williams score "Man Against Beast" does so much. From that moment when Hooper jumps down the ladder, so much urgency in all three of them for different reasons. Hooper wanting to study and document, Brody losing his shite, Quint intent on finding a way to kill the shark. Just gorgeous.

DUMB & DUMBER My Parakeet Petey

Lloyd cares so much about what happened to Harry's bird but at the heart of it he just wants Harry to go to Aspen with him, almost every line hit in that scene, the only weird moment was when Lloyd walks to the window at 3:46, other than that, the way they play off each other is beautiful.

THE DARK KNIGHT Interrogation Scene, the way Joker starts teasing him after Bruce loses his cool, "The way you threw yourself after her" gets me every time.

CASABLANCA Play La Marseillaise, Play it! I still get emotional watching this.
