They had to throw in the ATJ reference with Wanda saying “kick-arse” to Pietro kinda looking like Kick-arse did in his shitty costume.

Another good episode, questions abound on how this will be resolved. Who or what is gonna break Wanda out of this?

Does this mean Darcy and everyone that got pulled in are bout to get powers?

Kinda sad Pietro is technically still dead.

Was kinda hoping Peters would stay awhile in the MCU.

Unless...

Man that yogurt commercial was fricked up. Guess it’s showing us how people are slowly dying by being controlled by Wanda since she can really only have full coverage for those near her.

Can someone explain to me how vision is alive and able to act on his own accord or is that still part of the unanswered questions?

So with that episode taking place in the 90s,
MITM ran from 2000-2006. I first thought it was the 90s, too, but someone pointed out it was not. Definitely a 90s feel, but the timing is weird because seems to have skipped the 90s.

2004 and 1998, not sure what to make of that except for the obvious reference to superhero parents and sets of twins.

A few thoughts:

1. Wanda was looking good in that Scarlett Witch costume.
2. It seems Pietro is some kind of hybrid of the two we know. He has the body of the X-Men version but, at least somewhat, the memories of the MCU version. But, he’s also dead. And he does confirm it was Wanda who brought him there. Still a lot unknown with this one.
3. Was that Night of the Living Dead playing on the screen in the town square? If so, nice touch since there are definitely living dead among them in the hex.
4. Can Vision survive outside the hex? It seems he was breaking up and dying, but that might have just been him being pulled back in.
5. Monica Rambeau’s move to Captain Marvel is set. If there was still any question about how she would get her powers, we have our answer.
6. Another great episode, can’t wait for more.

The way she described him last week leads me to believe it’s Reed Richards, but I can’t imagine they will debut a character like that on the small screen

Probably will be Blue Marvel

So,

Pietro looks different, but has his powers and memories.

Vision looks the same, but lacks his memories. Vision was intended, Pietro was a desire come true.

Fantastic episode.

Peter had more X-men than MCU personality. I believe he was pulled or called into this universe, came here via his powers. But Wanda is giving him the role of her brother, hence his memories of their childhood. She doesn’t seem aware of why he is here.

Please let them have krazinski be in the office homage as Reed, talking to the camera about the SWORD boss who is made to look like Dwight.

Honestly would be a top 5 moment in modern TV history.

They could have him talking into a camera office style but make it relevant like he's actually recording outtakes from filming scientific vlogs

And maybe they could use Randall Park, who played Asian Jim that one time.

For some reason I keep re-watching the scene where Wanda walks down the stairs in her Halloween costume.

I only waited patiently since seeing the first promos for that scene. 1000% jiggle hype. Worth it. EO is fine as frog hair baws.

This was definitely 2000s. The twins were playing DDR at one point on a flat screen tv and there was a reference to low-rise jeans,

Episode 5 was based on Family Ties, which ran 1982-1989

ETA: Skipping ahead to Malcolm in the Middle is also skipping from a traditional sitcom to an early 4th wall breaking show, which will only continue to happen as we get into The Office / Modern Family era.
