I’m getting this out of the way in the OP: Leave all talk about the Gina Carano situation in threads designated for it. We all have an opinion on it and I’m not one for silencing anyone’s voice, but this thread isn’t the place for it.

Now....

So with episode 6 we should move into the 90s. Episode 7 will be the 00s and 8 will be the 10s. I’m willing to bet that all of episode 9 takes place outside of the sitcom narrative.

ETA: As always, no spoilers on page one.

I wouldn't be surprised if this were true for both 8 and 9.

What do we think a '10 sitcoms homage would look like? What would the reference points/shows be for that?

from the episode trailer, it looks like Modern Family

are we allowed to talk about the trailers?

No. They contain way too much info for this series.

Honestly forgot this was mostly a 2010s show, but I also don't know how this is visually different than the sitcoms of the '00s, defined by The Office and its ilk.

I also haven't watched the trailers, and I don't want to, so I'll let my curiosity stew for a few weeks.

I wonder if the radiation that Wanda is emitting will be what creates the X-Men in the MCU. They keep mentioning it and they have teased some stuff with Monica so why not.

I think this is the most likely scenario. Essentially a 2-part finale

I think the common theme would be talking to the camera.

They could also do a Big Bang Theory homage by cranking up the laugh track even though no one has said anything funny.
