I actually thought the same thing. He looks like a hipster wearing skinny jeans that don't quite make it to his hips. He has a macho face, but his frame looks tiny.

Also, in regards to the Morse code theory. I like it, but in a real life scenario, it would be so difficult. Have you guys seen what Daryl's face looks like? It looks like you could drain a gallon of puss from his swollen eyelids. It would be so difficult to perceive the message from his blinks.

I know the show needs a protagonist in Negan, but his long winded dialogue is already old. I don't dislike him for any other reason than he annoys the shite out of me talking so fricking much.

Carrrrrol is a little crazy, and I think Negan likes him for having balls. He sees he is missing an eye, carried one of his stolen guns, laid there without flinching to get his arm lopped off, and held his guys at gunpoint after knowing what he had already done to Glenn and Abe.

What I don't get is, you know Negan is coming and you have walls, an RPG, machine guns and sniper rifles. Why not stand up and take him out. If they would have wiped out the group there they would most likely have taken out the Saviors entire A team. They would be a snake without a head. Easy pickings. Instead they give up their guns.

this is where adherance to the comics is hurting the tv show
without the comics hell yes they could have come out swinging
this show would be better if they ditched the comic narrative and just made it a badass zombie and explosion show

Have we? I'm not saying we haven't, I just don't remember any standing out. Even if they do, doesn't mean they "know" everyone is already infected. They could believe it to be something in the air that brings them back after they die.

I'm not totally disagreeing with you, I'm just pointing out that we don't know that any other groups know that everyone is already infected as no other group has made a reference to it yet as far as I know.
