It was awesome, fresh, the different universe Ricks were

The death crystal was a great premise.

The wasp dinner, the Akira Morty.

It's back baby!

Awesome first episode. Rick being thrown in to all of the Facist worlds was gold, especially when he was the teddy bear and just killed himself on the glass to get out of there

They were so heavy on the family dynamic last season. It was refreshing that they knocked that part out in the first 30 seconds and then just had a fun "Morty screws everything up again" episode.

Wasn’t the strongest episode since Rick was sort of stuck in a boring loop, but I am glad it’s back.

More importantly does this mean Rick can't actually die?

The only thing I didn't like was Akira Morty just picking up his old life where it left off.

Typically the crazy stuff is mostly kept amongst the Smith family or happens off planet. When something really crazy happens on Earth they typically have to jump to another reality or otherwise "fix" the situation.

I like the premise better when nobody but the Smith family is privy to the insanity.

But regardless, funny episode. The hologram SJW stuff was gold.

It's like the people in Star Trek who use the transporters. Technically, they die every time.

My favorite part of the episode.

Also, the return of Meeseeks and the Kirkland brand rip-off Meeseeks

The post credit was great.

"I want to work at a hospice center and look deep into the eyes of my dying patients and just say '(Name tag), I love you'"

The post credit scene was one of the best parts for sure.

Morty's epiphany was great.
