Dani has been telling Cody that she wanted to throw a hinky vote and pin it on Bayleigh. Cody told her not to, but apparently she didn't listen. Enzo wanted Janelle to stay, and was low key pushing it, but Cody shut it down. I think Enzo just votes for who he likes better, even if it isn't what his allies want (which is why he voted for Nicole A last week).
But unless Enzo told Bay & Day, I don't see Janelle staying. And I doubt Enzo would risk being exposed to Cody by telling Bay & Day.

CBS really does a good job of editing and portraying Nicole F as “America’s Sweetheart”. Not saying she isn’t a good person (because at the end of the day it’s a game show), but watching her on the live feeds says otherwise of their portrayal of her.
