I don't think he truly loathes Becky. He just knew that JMac would chose her over him. I don't think she was an option for him after the events of the past week since he knew she wouldn't go after him until very late in the game.

I don't think James, Meg or Becky are after him. They blame Vanessa, and he played that up to them. The move also endeared him more with the twins, so they probably won't go after him either. Vanessa and JMac 100% won't go after him. So I don't know who is going to be targeting him anytime soon (although in this house, that can change on a dime).

Which is why Steve fricked up even worse. He had two allies, JMac and Vanessa, and he left both of them more exposed than ever by his idiotic move.

That's true, but I think he probably left Vanessa exposed on purpose so they wouldn't be gunning for him. But I don't think he even considered JMac being a target this week.

Can someone let me in on why the past few pages here have been nothing but "F Steve" and "I hate Steve" comments? He did what he thought was best for his game, and Jackie went home. I didn't think everyone on here loved Jackie, so it has to be something else. I see people want Vanessa out, ok so why be mad at Steve when he is aligned with Vanessa, why would he put her up or vote her out? Heck everyone should be pissed at everyone in the house who voted to keep Vanessa a few hours ago.
If you people want something interesting to watch, why isn't it more interesting that Vanessa is still in the house and you can continue to root for her to be evicted?

You're just pissed that Vanessa or one of the Austwins is going to win the game.
ETA: And trust me, the last people I want to win is the Austwins or Vanessa. But that has been how the season has been moving to since week 3, and it is almost inevitable at this point.

It seems to me he wanted to back door Becky so he picked two people he thought he could beat in a comp and took a chance on the random draw. Really not the worst strategy. Especially when you don't have anything with the two people up if it backfires
