Saul was waiting in the conference room and Howard walked in and turned off the light. Like Saul is so fricking done with Chuck he literally won't even lift a finger for him anymore.

Mind-boggling how Chuck is so arrogant or downright delusional to believe that Jimmy is going accept this treatment from him and stay by his side.

Also he did all this while claiming to have a huge sensitivity to electronics and radiowaves. That's a pretty big motive.

He could have had someone copy the tape for him. But I agree with the rest of your point.

Not to be a dick, but this is the most ridiculous theory I have ever read about a TV show. There is nothing in all of Breaking Bad that even hints that Kim is behind the scenes partnering with Saul. I'm trying to imagine the mental gymnastics it took to arrive at this conclusion. This isn't Game of Thrones.

I think it's pretty obvious that at some point, they split for good. She's already broken off their romantic relationship, and insisted that their legal practices be totally separate, but just sharing office space. Seems clear that she feels sorry for Jimmy, and just can't seem to bring herself drop him totally, even though she knows she should. Something is going to happen, probably this season, where she just writes him off totally.

They didn't, but they hadn't planned for BCS yet. In BB Saul was a minor character and we never saw anything beyond his dealings with Walt and Jessie. In this series we should see what he was doing outside of those meetings at some point.

Exactly, It's obvious to everyone and obvious = boring. I think they will surprise us.

There have been several hints and easter eggs that further the possibility of this theory, and right now Kim is trending very much in this direction.

No man. Just no.

BCS is just not that show man. They aren't about huge twisty reveals like that. And BB really wasn't either in a lot of ways.

Its just not the case. This is more of a character show than anything.

If I am wrong, I will eat my crow, but I firmly believe we are watching Kim's slow turn to the dark side as we speak. She has done nothing but play dirty and support Jimmy's dirty deeds from the start of this season. Combine that with a few possible hints they have given and I think I am correct.

With the popularity of Kim, could definitely see them deciding to keep her around backing Saul..

Nothing twisty about "Gene" eventually trying to reconnect with Kim. Hell it's almost a given at this point.

Also if Kim and Jimmy split the writers will have a major problem on their hands. The main character has to have someone to have dialogue with to expose his thoughts and true feelings. He didn't need this in BB because he was not the main character. I don't see him having a heart to heart with Mike or Chuck for obvious reasons, but the audience will need it to be someone.

between this show and The Leftovers, I don't know that I've been more happy about paying my cable bill. Fantastic TV lately.

Love both. After every Leftovers episode, I ask, "what the hell did I just watch?" Then I watch it again.

She's not turning to the dark side. I think they've made it clear that she struggles morally with her want to always do the right thing, but her desire to mother Jimmy. She thinks he's a good person at his core, and thinks he just needs her help and to be protected from Chuck and he'll end up doing the right thing. In the end, he's gonna do something a bridge to far for her, and she's gonna give up on him totally and cut him out of her life.

Get your fork and knife ready for your crow.

I see it differently. I think Kim has an angel on one shoulder and a devil on the other. She gets a thrill out of being bad even though she knows she shouldn't.

What if Kim gets disbarred and that's why she splits from Jimmy/Saul?

Another classic, slow 10 minute waste of time intro that we have become all too familiar with for this series

Just like with Jesse. Remember he was originally written to die during the first season of BB

Was that a flashback to when Chuck was still married or some sort of present time reunion?

This show is easy to savor. I'll take the slow solid foundation its building.
