Apologies if this has been shared already but I stumbled on a fan created edit to the episode iv fight.
Very well done with original scenes spliced in for continuity. Pretty cool IMO

Only a year old and it's already aged quite a bit. We are so damn spoiled by CG advances and how good computer/tv resolution has become that almost nothing older than a few months looks good enough anymore.

Ironically just yesterday at work I watched a YouTube video that was about 25 minutes long that was every saber duel in Star Wars Episodes 1-6. Watching the Obi vs Vader duel as the first one was hilarious. It was just like slow fencing or something. Then it eventually got to Obi vs Anakin in Revenge of the Sith and the choreography is just amazing... and that fight was like 1/3rd of the video it seemed.

Stumbled across this the other day and it’s really really good.
A lightsaber fight doesn’t have to be rehearsed and have tons of coreography, it just needs emotion. The effects in this YouTube video are not over the top and lend themselves well to the fight.

The original was good in its simplicity. Simple but effective, and mind blowing for 1977.
