His wife waited five days to file a missing person report....hmmm yeah that's normal.

If she killed him, wouldn't she know this would look bad to wait this long? Either way, that's messed up

My guess is she figured he was out on a bender and would come back home (given the comments about drug abuse).

Yeah I wasn't really inferring she killed him. I imagine they just had an awful marriage and it was normal for him to spend days in a row in the slums getting high. Just this time she couldn't eventually get ahold of him and he didn't come back.

you know this huh?

if the dude was randomly going off on benders..he might have been gone for 2-3 days before at other times so she was used to it.

maybe she started to get worried after 5 days..from the comments that she filed papers in court in Feb about him hanging out on SKID ROW AND DOING DRUGS..i'd be more inclined to believe her.

eta i have a couple of married friends here..in one case the wife routinely doesn't come home at night and sleeps over with whoever she happens to be hanging out with..her husband has apparently accepted this and goes on about his business and she shows up when she shows up.

point is..this woman waiting a few days to file a report doesn't necessarily strike me as all that unusual.

Dude was hanging around Skid Row. I'll never understand how any successful person gets to that point.

Seriously can't help but envision this scene when anyone talks about skid row. I'm going to hell.

No doubt. It's been at least 20 years since "18 and Life" came out.
