My biggest gripe so far is the voice of Jafar. Needs to be a deeper, sinister voice.
But Jafar is just totally off. Way off.
Also, the wardrobes look a little off. What they wore in the cartoon movie is iconic. Why change it?

This will make money for sure, no idea the quality though. I'm a bit reserved mostly since Aladdin is one of my favorite Disney animated films. I hope it's good though.
I could use a more menacing look and voice for Jafar, that dude reeked evil. If I could pose a question to those hating on Will Smith as Genie, who exactly would you have had play him? Robin Williams gave an iconic performance that would not be matched by anyone imo, but he's not here to do it again. Any actor would have an uphill battle in that role

That trailer was way better than the first one.
This board is way over the top with the Will Smith hate. No one was going to be able to replace Robin Williams anyway.
This movie will still make a shite ton of money for the nostalgia factor alone.
