It didn't work for me, but another part that didn't work was some of the theatrics. She was too young and the song/actions didn't fit for me sometimes. There were a few that I really liked at the beginning, though.

It's been a loooooooooong road but I'm at 80% full usage of the left arm. It hasn't really been affecting anything day to day. I'm extremely lucky and I am down to one Physical therapy every two weeks.

Jacquie is easily has the best voice of the three finalist by far. For just being 16 years old, she has taken each song her coach gave her and even if some weren't the best choices, and nailed them.
She was the strongest over all three performances tonight. If one considers the focus of the show, which is the voice, Jacquie's is most complete and has more potential for success in the business than the other two.
I've grown to like Tessanne more over the last several shows, but tonight she was 1 for 2 on her solos and her duet with Adam was meh.
And I still have not been that impressed with Will. He has been so up and down. Tonight's solos were okay...the 2nd better than the first, but the duet with Adam was his best performance.
If one considers more than just there singing voice and looks at showmanship for judging, Will is way behind...no personality or emotion on the stage. Jacquie & Tessanne both have it.
I won't lose any sleep over who wins or loses, but for someone who has been involved with music and singing since my elementary days, Jacquie is the tops of the three.

Adam sounding good on this duet, Tessanne sounding meh again.
Jacquie sounded better than Christina half of their duet, she's winning this bitch!
Tessannes final song was solid, she's back in it.
Will has locked up 3rd place.
Jacquie was the best tonight across the board, will be very close between her and Tessanne but 100% Jacquie should win after tonight. Clearly the best.

I think she deserves to win, but she suffers from the same as Carly Rose Sonenclare and Birdy, in that at in their age they really have nowheres careers to go until they get a little older. Birdy(who is absolutely incredible and I hope anyone who hasn't heard of her checks her out does with this post has so far for the most part done with mostly covers with a couple originals.)
Haven't seen how Carly's career is going to progress, but I feel Jacquies could do the same and take a few years and wait. The lyrics they sing just don't match the maturation in their voice.
That being said, Adam killed a cardinal rule. Don't have your contestant sing Whitney Houston. It's just fricking retarded. They sound like shite in comparison.

Yeah just like Danielle will be solid in a few years but pretty well bombed her first album.
Tough to have a 16 year write country lyrics about heartaches and relationships/love when you have no experience or input.
Your audience sure as hell can't relate to you to singing it. That's when you end up with generic label written songs and your album struggles.

I'd but a Will album before either of the other two, but he's headed for third place.
I'm hoping Jacquie wins it. Tessanne is just so boring to me. I know she has some talent and a great voice but I just don't like her.

Jacquie has sang one damn song all season where her bullshite screaming actually fit and that was Janis Joplin's Cry Baby. I'm not a Tessanne fan but if you don't think she won that bitch with her performance of I have Nothing then I don't know what to tell you. Nobody is going to remember jack shite except the last performance by each contestant and Tessanne killed it while Jacquie was pitchy as frick in the beginning and then went all tom cat squall at the end. I pretty much dont care who wins. I would prefer Will, but its pretty obvious he is third. I like JL better than Tessanne, but I think Tessanne walks out the champion. Her Whitney performance was the first time I was actually drawn into her performance, it was great. (Ugh, that was hard to say )

Tessanne won it with the Whitney Houston song. It doesn't happen to me often, but I got chill bumps when she was singing it. Absolutely nailed it. And when all 3 were singing to start the show, she sounded much better than the other two. It pains me to say this because she is by far not my favorite. I think Cole should have been in the finale and Will should have gone home last week.

I didn't start watching it on the DVR until about 10:15 last night, and after she sang I Have Nothing I looked at iTunes and it was 3rd. And her duet was around 8th. Both higher than anything the other two had on there.
My wife (no pics) nailed it last night talking about JL. She said that JL would have done so much better if Christina hadn't tried to make her into Christina's little protege. I think Adam would have coached her much better.
