Damn, Preston and Grey both gone. I think Adam wanted James, Will, and Grey. Tessanne being picked by America messed his plans up.

Tessanne is greatly talented, but not unique.
He needed up having to choose Will over Preston.
Preston was one of my favorites. Sucks that Adam's team was so stacked

Tessanne gets points for her speaking voice, imo. But she's also really talented.
Kat is terrific and has a great attitude.
James knocked 'em dead last night and deserves to move on.

Ray barely over Shelby. Kat and Josh pretty easily.
Gray should not have went home, she was one of the best in the show but just had a meh performance not one worthy of going home with how strong she is.

Will is better than Grey... so is Preston. Grey was just on a stacked team, she's better than a few people still left from other teams.

Yeah Will is a really good musician IMO. And Grey started off fantastically in the blinds but was downhill from there. But really Grey and Preston are both better than pretty much everyone on CeeLo's team.

I thought Grey had one of the better voices on the show, she reminded me a TON of Cassadee Pope. Attractive, really solid high range, good stage presence, and kind of pop rock (Cass sang Avril Lavigne early in the show) singing Paramore.
Hell they even have matching forearm tattoo's. Amazes me Adam could see what happened with Cassadee and not do the same with Grey. He was always harping about "omg I wantd you so bad" at Cass, and he was the one that pushed her towards country when he told her to branch out and wanted something different from her. She then goes country, wins the show, and has a top 5 iTunes album and #1 country album.
Oh well. Adam for you.

The BIG difference between Cassadee and Grey is that Cassadee is one hell of a performer while Grey seemed to stay in wedding singer mode and fall flat. Amazing talent. Not arguing that. But she really didn't have good performances the last few shows while those that were kept on Adam's team were just as good or better than they were.

What performance from Grey wasn't good other than the Paramore song Monday night as you said it plural.
And if you know Paramore and that song, she actually performed it pretty well.
Her blind audition and her knockout performances were top notch, after the knockout when she sang 'Already Gone' many had her Top 3 on the whole show. Hell, she may have topped Kelly Clarkson with that rendition, it was amazing. LINK
And then she did what Cassadee did and sang pop rock and was shaky, like Cassadee was. Remember when Cass sang 'Behind These Hazel Eyes'? LINK Might have been worse than 'Still Into You' by Grey.

I actually agree with you. I felt like even with the not so good Paramore performance Grey still had potential to win. Every other coach would have picked her.
And the wedding singer thing is dumb. Never did she soun just like a wedding singer. People are just saying that because they know her background. She was awesome in the blinds, awesome singing domino, and awesome singing already gone. Singing a punk song was a terrible choice by Adam, although she really did sound great the first half and ended it well. I would have kept her over everyone on that team based on potential, even James. To me I could see her having more of a successful career. Same with Olivia. She could be a country star. Josh , while ok, will never be a star.
