I love the end of Rouge One with Vader. Love It!
I’ve always said a Shadows of the Empire movie would be great. Vader in his prime and you don’t have to include the main characters besides Princess Leia that much.

I dunno. I get that it would be interesting, but part of the appeal of the character is never being able to separate fact from legend. He's one of those characters for whom mystique isn't just a trait, it's a defining trait. Remove that and he ceases to be what he is. He becomes just another master criminal yadda yadda the world is not enough yadda.
